CH: Welcome, Carol Anderson. She is the main character in The Proposal: A Leap of Faith. My readers and followers would like to find out a little about your life as a character. Let’s begin, since you are in a contemporary romance book tell us about your love life, are you in love and with whom? And how long have you been in a relationship?

CA: Yes, I’m in love with Marvin Brewster. We’ve dated, on and off, for about ten years.

CH: What is your idea of perfect happiness?

CA: Finding a man that I love and who loves me in return, and ultimately, getting married. I’m half way there. I’m so excited. I think, he’s going to propose to me on Leap Year Day. (Carol laughs with joy in her heart and a smile on her face.)

CH: Do you have any secrets?

CA: I just have one secret that I hold near and dear to my heart. It is that I want to get married—sooner, than later.

CH: Wow, that’s a big one. So, do you have any fears?

CA: My only fear is my significant other doesn’t seem to think it’s important.

CH: When and where are you the happiest?

CA: When I’m with Marvin. He makes me smile and makes my heart beat fast. We can be anywhere. He always holds my hand when we are walking. And he gives me the best hugs—ever.

CH: What is your favorite memory?

CA: When me and Marvin were walking in a light rain, holding hands, while laughing and talking. It was a beautiful moment.

CH: What is your favorite flower?

CA: Marvin gave me a single red rose for Valentine’s Day.

CH: What is your favorite possession?

CA: A Tiffany & Co. Heart Tag bracelet engraved with “Will you marry me?”

CH: What is your favorite pastime?

CA: I would say going to dinner with Marvin.

CH: Wow, every question I ask, you refer to your life with Marvin. I take it, he’s very important to you.

CA: Yes, indeed. I love him with all of my heart and I can hardly wait until we get married and start a family.

CH: Let’s change the subject a moment and talk about your author. What is Cheryl like?

CA: Cheryl is a nice person and a talented writer, but sometimes I have to make sure she doesn’t diss my man. I think Cheryl doesn’t like Marvin.

CH: Oh, really. Well, since you seem to have a one-tract mind, this interview is almost over. Do you have any closing comments?

CA: Yes, love is often the fruit of marriage. So, I just want Cheryl to write about our June wedding with 250 guests, a made to order chocolate wedding cake and hundreds of pale pink roses—everywhere. I think that would be absolutely stunning. Don’t you?

CH: Yes…Well, thank you, Carol, for giving this interview. And one thing is for sure. You are definitely in love with Marvin. And readers, if you would enjoy this book.  I suggest you pick up a copy at your earliest convenience.
